One night, start to finish.
What happens between connecting a wallet and seeing ETH land the next morning.
- 1
Connect
Wallet first: that address is your account. Then a tracker through its maker's OAuth screen. We request sleep, heart rate and HRV, nothing else, and you can revoke from their side.
- 2
22:00 UTC snapshot
Your $SLEEP balance is recorded on-chain. This is the balance that counts for the night, so buying at 23:00 doesn't help tonight.
- 3
Sleep
Your tracker does its job. We need at least four hours with a heart-rate signal, ending before 10:00 UTC, to score the night.
- 4
08:00 UTC snapshot
Balance recorded again. Your counted balance is the lower of the two, capped at 1,000,000. Sold in between? Zero for the night.
- 5
Score and weight
Score arrives from your tracker's morning sync. Weight is balance × score. Everyone's weights are summed; your share of the pool is yours over the sum.
- 6
Route
The night pool, last 24 hours of LP fees plus the day's emission, is sent in one batched transaction. ETH and $SLEEP arrive in your wallet; gas paid by the protocol.
Fair play, by construction.
Paying for sleep invites gaming it. These rules run before a single payout.
